Every Tuesday we will hold regular ‘In Conversation’ meetings at 17.00 CET (Paris) time ( 4pm UK time). These meetings last one hour.

They include dialogue about a wide range of photography related topics, recommendations for photographers, Instagram accounts, books and a lot more besides. Featuring Tim and Joanna’s photography and showcasing work from members you can be sure of some lively discussion and plenty of inspiration.

Though these meetings are free, we do hugely appreciate any donations you would like to give, as they help us to keep them going.

Again we found this to be one of the weakest disciplines in the group so this week T&J will not only be sharing some of their still life photography, but suggesting some simple tips to improve yours and discussing some contemporary and classic still life work.

The Pink Lady Food Photographer of the Year Awards will be announced on the 4th June so this week we will be going through the winning entries, discussing some of the photography and HOPEFULLY congratulating the members of this fantastic group who have either won, or been placed in one or more of the categories

We often find, especially in this digital age that peoples expectations of how many GOOD pictures we should expect to get are inflated. “I spent a day in London and only got twenty decent images” is a cry too often heard. Editing our images is such an important discipline in photography so let us bring you down to earth a bit and help you choose properly which will only serve to make your work stronger. The buzz-words for todays session…’less is more’
